2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Mainbags and to every distance contract concluded between Mainbags and the consumer.

2.2 By placing an order via our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Offers

3.1 All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible.

3.2 Minor differences in color, material, or finish may occur due to screen settings or production variations.

3.3 Mainbags reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3.4 Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing are not binding.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices listed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Shipping costs are clearly indicated during checkout.

4.3 Payments can be made using the payment methods offered during checkout.

4.4 An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

5. Delivery

5.1 Mainbags aims to dispatch orders within the stated delivery timeframe.

5.2 Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

5.3 If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

5.4 The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

6.2 To exercise this right, you must notify us via email within the withdrawal period.

6.3 After notifying us, you have 14 additional days to return the product.

6.4 The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

6.5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

7. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
Products damaged due to misuse

8. Warranty and Conformity

8.1 Mainbags guarantees that products comply with the agreement and reasonable expectations of quality.

8.2 If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer must notify us within a reasonable period.

8.3 Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors.

9. Complaints Procedure

9.1 Complaints regarding products or services must be submitted via email.

9.2 We aim to respond within 14 days.

9.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Liability

10.1 Mainbags is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential loss or loss of profit.

10.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

10.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

11. Force Majeure

Mainbags is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, or government measures.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, remains the property of Mainbags and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Privacy

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
